DAVID DE LA MANO
De la Mano is a Spanish international contemporary artist living in Montevideo (Uruguay) best known for his stunning murals often depicting silhouettes, trees and other monochromatic imagery.
De la Mano is a versatile artist who excels from drawing to sculpture. The artist experiments with different techniques among which acrylics, watercolors, ink and collage.
This particular mural was inspired by the great alpine migration which occurred over the last centuries. Traversing the rugged alps was a feat accomplished by notables such as Napoleon and Hannibal not to mention the “transhumance”.
This was the first bichromic mural of De la Mano.
